Trauma-Informed Coaching & Education For Women
Reclaiming identity & reconstructing life after relocation, ministry, or trauma
Growing in Purpose
A wildflower isn’t manicured or forced to grow in a sterile environment. It is naturally resilient—adapting to wild winds, changing landscapes, and entirely new soil—yet it always retains its core and blooms fiercely.
Unlike traditional life coaching, my approach integrates trauma-informed education, nervous system regulation, identity reconstruction, and evidence-based psychological insight.
"I moved, and suddenly I don't know who I am anymore."
"I've learned how to survive. But I am exhausted from living in the expectations of others."
"From the outside, I look like I have it completely together. But behind closed doors, I am exhausted from living in survival mode."

Hello! I'm Marsha
I offer virtual 1:1 trauma-informed coaching for women navigating identity loss after relocation, ministry life, and major life transitions.
I know exactly what it feels like to pack your entire life into suitcases, step off a plane in a new country, and realize that while your body has arrived, your sense of self is still hovering somewhere over the Atlantic. I have lived across multiple countries, navigated the complex grief of international relocation, and had to reconstruct my own identity from scratch.
When I moved to the United States, I chose to pivot from traditional psychotherapy to high-impact coaching. Why? Because going through massive structural life changes doesn’t just need a clinical diagnosis—it needs a highly specialized, trauma-informed partner to help you actively build your next chapter.
